Tyler Digby, one of the bright spots in the Vancouver Stealth’s 4-14 debut at the Langley Events Centre, re-signed with the National Lacrosse League club on Tuesday. He inked a one-year deal. As per club policy, terms were not released.
He put up solid numbers in his rookie campaign, finishing with 22 goals and 58 points in 18 games. The 6-foot-3, 230 pounder also helped open up space for Stealth star right-hander Rhys Duch.
In a press release, he said this:
I think my NLL rookie year went pretty well. There’s always things to improve on. I’m just ready to get back at it and have a successful year as a whole.
The Stealth are slated to open training camp on Nov. 22. They kick off the 2015 regular season on Jan. 3 in Calgary and their home opener is Jan. 10 versus the Toronto Rock.
